Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to Laplace, a software-as-a-service platform for building, sharing, and using small applications and internal tools with people and AI agents. The final terms must identify the legal entity operating Laplace and be reviewed by counsel before accepting public subscriptions.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information, protect authentication credentials, and use Laplace only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Organization administrators control membership, integrations, and billing and are responsible for activity performed by their members.

Connected platforms

Laplace depends on third-party services including connected applications, AI model providers, hosting, and payment providers. You authorize Laplace to access connected-platform data within the scopes approved by your administrator. You remain responsible for complying with those platforms' terms and applicable laws.

Software and plan availability

Laplace provides application building and sharing, connections, tools for AI agents, and secret management. Feature availability depends on your account permissions, configuration, and plan.

The marketing website describes Free, Hobby, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Submitting a plan inquiry does not purchase a subscription or guarantee a feature, price, limit, or availability date. Available subscription terms are disclosed before purchase.

Existing application subscriptions

For existing application customers, subscription and cancellation terms are those disclosed in the relevant agreement, checkout, and billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Laplace to violate law or platform policies, access another organization without authorization, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, probe security controls, or process data you do not have the right to use.

Customer data

You retain rights to data supplied by or synchronized for your organization. You grant Laplace the limited rights required to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide and secure the service.

Availability and changes

Laplace may update features, integrations, and limits as the service evolves. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated before taking effect where required.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or harm to the service or other customers. After termination, data is retained for the documented recovery period and then deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms that will appear in the counsel-approved final version. This draft is not the final customer agreement.
